Dr. Ed Eng is a best-selling author, public servant, and seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience across the private, public, and academic sectors. He currently serves as the Mayor in La Mirada, California.

With a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Change, an MBA in Strategy and Organizational Development, an MS in Systems Engineering, and a BS in Electrical Engineering, Dr. Eng brings a rare multidisciplinary perspective to solving complex organizational and community challenges.

As the former Regional President of the Los Angeles Times, Dr. Eng received the Innovator of the Year Award for developing an ethnic partnership strategy that helped the Times become the largest metropolitan newspaper in the nation.
